At the Sheridan VAMC, we want to make getting an appointment easy for you. Call the T.L.C. line if you need to make an appointment at the Medical Center or if you need to talk to a nurse. The T.L.C. number is 1-800-370-0250 (Monday - Friday except Holidays, 7:30am-4pm)
If you have received a letter stating that you need to make an appointment, please call the phone number provided in the letter.
Changing Your Appointment
If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner as well as schedule one of your fellow veterans for the original appointment date and time.
