The Sheridan VAMC provides inpatient and outpatient prescriptions. Many of these are filled by the Central Mailout Pharmacy (CMOP). Prescriptions may be refilled by phone or the Internet.
You can order refills using a touch tone telephone:
(follow the steps below)
Step 1 – Call 1-877-752-0632 (or 675-3891)
Step 2 – Enter your full 9 digit Social Security Number followed by the # (pound) key.
Step 3 – Press 2 for prescriptions
Press * (star) to enter another social security number
Step 4 – Press:
Step 5 – Enter the Prescription number followed by the # (pound) key. This 7-digit number can be found on the third line down from the top of the label on your prescription bottle or on the refill slip. (If there is a letter right after the prescription number, do not enter it.)
Step 6 – Press 1 to order a refill of another medication
Press # (pound) for previous options
Note: All prescriptions ordered by telephone will be mailed to your home address within 7-10 days.
If you do not have a touch tone telephone, you may mail your refill slips to the pharmacy. Please allow at least 14 days for your refills to be processed and mailed to your home address. You may also refill your prescription online at www.myhealth.va.gov.
Prescriptions may also be filled online using VA's My HealtheVet program. You will need a user id and password to log in. If you do not have one, you can easily get one by creating your personal profile.
All veterans are encouraged to refill their prescriptions by phone or Internet. You may also pick up your perscriptions at the pharmacy window in the Ambulatory Care Clinic in Building 71.
