VA virtual health care options

Important! Please do not come to a VA medical facility if you have flu-like symptoms. Please call or message first. The phone number is 307-675-3575.

VA offers virtual health care options including MyHealtheVet, VA Video Connect, and Annie App for Veterans that allow you to communicate with your provider and manage your self-care online. All you need is an internet connection and a smartphone, tablet, or desktop or laptop computer. More information on VA virtual health care. Updated: March 23, 2020

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at the CBOCs. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular CBOC are either referred to the Sheridan VAMC, another VA facility within VISN19, or are scheduled for purchased care within the local community. For emergency care, all CBOCs activate the local 911 system and Veterans are taken to the local medical facility. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, extended hours Tuesday until 6 p.m., excluding holidays.

Gillette CBOC

Primary medical services include general medical care, preventive health, and basic diagnostic exams. Referrals to inpatient programs are made as appropriate.  Physicians and nursing staff are available to provide care on site.  Mental health services are available through the use of telemental health clinics with providers at the Sheridan VAMC. Routine prescriptions are processed through the mail or My HealtheVet.
